• The Senior Customer Service Representative handles a multi-line telephone for up to 50 employees and provides front-line customer service related to legal matters.
  
• The File Room Senior Department Specialist manages files, reports, and douments for more than 30,000 cases per year, utilizing an elaborate bar-coding and case management system.
  
• The Front Area Senior Department Specialist not only backs up a multi-line telephone for 50 employees, but also processes and sorts criminal documents using multiple computer systems, and oversees the electronic audio file process that stores and provides audio evidence for prosecutors and defense attorneys.
