Department Focus

The Boise City Attorney's Office is pleased to announce two new enhancements to our e-discovery program.  On January 7, 2013, we will implement the first enhancement by converting to a new program called JusticeWeb.  This will be a more "user friendly" method of
delivering your discovery materials.

Through JusticeWeb you will now have the ability to:

  1. Create and manage your own password.
  2. View all your active cases at any time.
  3. Download your discovery materials at any time while the case is active.
  4. Submit audio requests on your cases from the discovery web page.
  5. Attach your own discovery material or requests electronically instead of mailing or
    faxing the materials.

The second enhancement gives you direct access to all of our breath alcohol discovery documents.

Through the Breath Alcohol Documents website you will now have the ability to:

Access up to 3 years of DUI instrument documentation (eventually it will be up to 10 years of documentation).

  1. Access instrument certifications.
  2. Access Certificates of Analysis for solution lots.
  3. Access instrument Operations Logs & Simulator Logs.
  4. Access officer certification lists.

We are very excited about these improvements to our e-discovery program.  We hope you will enjoy the greater flexibility and access these enhancements provide for you and your clients.  You will continue to receive email notifications when you have material available to download.
